Shipping and returns guidance on the target rebuild follows the source storefront coverage while deeper fulfillment tooling is still being finalized.
Shipping
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery time is typically 1 to 3 days in Thailand and 5 to 14 days internationally.
Shipping fees are shown at checkout. A tracking number is sent after shipment, and international customers are responsible for customs or import fees when applicable.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery when items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective. Sale items and custom pieces cannot be returned.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective. Refunds are issued after inspection, typically within 3 to 7 business days.
